Jean Hailes – Women’s Health Week 2021

“Women’s Health Week is a unique campaign built on 50% promotion and 50% education and as such the promotional material plays an equal and important role in engaging our very diverse audience. This large-scale production was delivered seamlessly with the highest quality and met all brand specifications and artwork requirements with pre-production samples provided. Get Smart collaborated with us and the supplier to meet our bio-degradable packaging requirements and negotiated very economical pricing. They also arranged for the pre-packaging to be done offshore to save labour costs and time. The packaging and labeling were excellent and we really loved their initiative to brand the cartons. All work done met our required guidelines for multiple products and sponsor products as well. Our Women’s Health Week bags were delivered on time to Melbourne and on budget. Communication was excellent throughout the entire project including advance notice of shipping containers, additional loose cargo boxes and tracking shipments. Our local distributor also commented on the wonderfully detailed communication from Get Smart which made their job so much easier.”

Monash University - 2019

“Change Day Expo Campaign – One of the mechanisms to facilitate this campaign was to utilise a direct mail program whereby we could send a DL custom printed card with information inviting them to the Monash Change Day Expo. We wanted students to receive a package that was not only memorable but perceived as environmentally friendly. Something that the students would keep and re-use while reinforcing our campaign message. We reached out to Unipromo for options on what was available and their suggestion was a Stainless Steel re-usable drinking straw. Our marketing team loved the idea as it perfectly aligned with our Sustainability program so they came up with the campaign “It’s a time of exciting change and the beginning of a new journey. This is it – the last straw you’ll ever need, and a small step towards a more sustainable world”. Unipromo went to great lengths to ensure the packaging of the product also met our sustainable theme and to further customise this campaign, Unipromo arranged for each DL card to have custom variable data fields. It’s been an absolute pleasure working with the Unipromo team on this project.”

Jean Hailes – Women’s Health Week 2019

“Jean Hailes for Women’s Health is committed to improving the health and wellbeing of all women and girls right around Australia, but we didn’t want this to be at the expense of the environment. So, with WHW 2019 forecast growth to exceed 20% it was time to take proactive steps to secure our future. Our challenge to the Get Smart team was to become a more environmentally sustainable campaign so we could continue to grow and fulfill our contract with the Federal Government. The Jean Hailes gift bag is the campaign’s major marketing asset and Get Smart presented us with an option that was within budget and importantly was 100% recyclable and made entirely from plastic bottles. Get Smart Promo also developed an array of other merchandise to support this event. WHW 2019 broke the record delivering a 34% increase with over 112,000 women attending 2889 events.”
